Summer weather continues into the Fall
The Autumn season begins on the calendar Sunday morning, but summer heat will persist in Central and South Alabama through the weekend. Afternoon temperatures are expected to reach the middle 90’s in many locations, with enough humidity to create heat index values near 100 degrees.
Rain chances look very low until the middle of next week or longer.
