Some showers Tuesday, rain/storms Wednesday, dry late this week
Monday was warm and rather sunny across central and south Alabama. Clouds increased especially across west Alabama late in the day, but our area was dry through Monday evening. Monday night remains dry with a partly to mostly cloudy sky and an east wind of 5-10 mph. Temperatures only fall into the low 60s at most through early Tuesday morning.
Tuesday looks mostly cloudy with scattered showers drifting across our area throughout the day. Rain looks hit or miss and relatively light rather than a heavy, soaking rain that could create problems going out to vote.
