Man seriously hurt in shooting in east Montgomery

Montgomery police are investigating a shooting in east Montgomery that left a man seriously hurt.
Police Maj. Saba Coleman told Action 8 News that the shooting happened at about 1:10 this morning in the 4900 block of Paddock Club Court, which is in an apartment complex at Bell Road and Young Meadows Road.
Coleman said the man who was shot suffered a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
No other information has been released.
