Burglary, criminal mischief investigation underway at Chilton County Motorsports Park

Chilton County Sheriff’s deputies are investigation a burglary and criminal mischief case at Chilton County Motorsports Park.

Deputies were called to the race track on Thursday, to find a building and a golf cart had been damaged. Race track officials say they had to cancel this weekend’s Test N Tune event because their timing equipment had also been damaged.

The Chilton County Special Operations Unit is currently investigating the matter. They urge anyone with information related to this case to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
