Women IN Law Enforcement Group
Our Women in Law Enforcement Group was created in collaboration with CrimeStoppers.
Women IN Law Enforcement is committed to empowering women to pursue careers in law enforcement.
We aim to assist agencies with recruitment, retention, and provide mentorship to women who are currently in law enforcement. The group also aims to inspire young women in criminal justice programs at local colleges and universities to envision themselves in a law enforcement career by equipping them with the confidence, tools, and guidance to excel in their law enforcement career.
The focus is to foster leadership skills and mentoring women on how to navigate and excel within the ranks of law enforcement.
Together, we strive to build a supportive community that uplifts and inspires the current and next generation of female leaders in law enforcement.
