Prattville police say three people have been arrested after a toddler was found unclothed and wandering alone near Main Street.

Police say a person who was traveling on East Main Street near Adell Street found the male toddler yesterday, who was walking toward Main Street, one of the busiest streets in the city.

That person and others called police and got the child to safety until police arrived.

Police say they found out the toddler’s home was about a block away. When they arrived at the house, they say they found an exterior door open.

They say they found a male subject asleep. Officers say they also noticed narcotics and drug paraphernalia in plain view throughout the house.

Police say after a search warrant was executed, the three adult residents and guardians of the child were arrested on charges of chemical endangerment of a child. The suspects have been identified as Tora Faith Brookins, Liam Patrick Fleming and Adam Michael Ray Hunt.

Police say more charges may be filed.
