Candace Cameron Bure speaks at Faulkner University’s annual benefit dinner

Hollywood actress and entrepreneur Candace Cameron Bure was the featured speaker at this year’s Faulkner University benefit dinner.

The annual dinner was held at the Renaissance Hotel/Montgomery Convention Center in downtown Montgomery.

Bure is best known for her role as D.J. Tanner in the iconic television series Full House and later, on the show Fuller House. She has also starred in several Hallmark movies.

Beyond her acting career, Bure is the CEO of CandyRock Entertainment.

Proceeds from tonight’s dinner support student scholarships.

In the past, Faulkner has brought in annual benefit dinner speakers such as retired Alabama head football coach Nick Saban, former NFL quarterback Drew Brees, former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair, former President George W. Bush, former Ambassador Nikki Haley, Dr. Ben Carson, Tom Brokaw, Donald Trump, Jr., and former Vice President Mike Pence.
