Businesses announced for Merry Corners in Pike Road

The names of the businesses coming to a new shopping center in Pike Road have been released.

Pike Road Town Councilwoman Mim Whatley posted the names of 11 of the 12 businesses that will soon call Merry Corners home. Merry Corners sits at the corner of Pike Road and Vaughn Road across from the Publix shopping center.

Seven of the businesses are restaurants, which include A’Kays Coffee, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Pro Bowl Mongolian Grill, Lee Gimbap, Firehouse Subs, Teriyaki Madness and The Goat Bar and Grill.

The other businesses include Alabama-based Mr. Mattress, locally owned Nolan Family Pharmacy, gift store Simply Charming, and Phoenix Physical Therapy.

According to the list, one space has not been leased, but they are in talks with several tenants.

The Trotman Company first started construction on the project in 2023. Since then, McDonald’s and Baptist Health have opened on the outer parcels. River Bank & Trust, which plans to open a location there, is expected to start construction in 2026.

No word on when the businesses will open.
