U.S Senator Richard Shelby Visits Troy
U.S Senator Richard Shelby is campaigning his way across Alabama and latest stop was in Troy Friday.
Shelby met with citizens and elected officials discussing issues or concerns they have. He also expressed his thoughts on the upcoming presidential election.He says he’s continually advocating for a republican in the white house.
As for Pike County, he says he’s always working to get their voices heard.
“We talk about issues. We talk about things that might affect Pike County that happens to come out of Washington D.C. So, I think its healthy to be home.I’m glad to be here,” says Shelby.
March 1st is Primary voting for Alabama.
