Very warm this week, low rain chances late this week and weekend
The sky was overcast in many locations Tuesday morning, but sunshine was increasing at midday. Tuesday afternoon becomes partly cloudy and warm with high temperatures in the mid to upper 70s. Tuesday night looks partly cloudy with lows in the mid 50s. Low clouds and perhaps fog may develop again early Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon becomes partly to mostly sunny with highs near 80°.
Stray showers appear possible Thursday, though the vast majority of our area remains dry and warm, with a partly to mostly sunny sky. High temperatures range from the low to mid 80s. Isolated showers, perhaps a couple rumbles of thunder appear possible Friday, though again, most locations remains dry. Otherwise, Friday looks very warm with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s and a partly cloudy sky.
Rain chances for this weekend now appear a bit higher than they did on Monday. Models indicate isolated to widely scattered showers or storms form across central and south Alabama Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, each day looks partly cloudy and warm, with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s. Our area remains very warm early next week, with high temperatures still in the low 80s through Wednesday.
