Mainly dry Thursday; Rain chances rise, mid-90° heat this weekend

Thursday morning was dry with sunshine and some fair weather clouds. Temperatures were near 90° at midday with no rain in our area. Thursday afternoon looks partly cloudy with highs in the low 90s and just a stray shower or storm at most. Thursday night looks partly cloudy with lows in the low to mid 70s. Temperatures climb into the mid 90s Friday, with only isolated afternoon showers or storms.

Rain chances rise this weekend, with at least widely scattered afternoon/evening showers/storms Saturday. Rain coverage looks scattered Sunday. However, high temperatures remain in the mid 90s for most locations Saturday and Sunday. Mid-90° heat continues next week, with high temperatures of 94-95° through Wednesday. Showers and storms remain possible each day, but rain coverage may be isolated.
