Montgomery County leaders want residents to fill out survey to guide strategic plan

The deadline is October 31.
The survey is just one part of a larger process that includes stakeholder interviews, focus groups, meetings with county leadership and a public forum that is scheduled for November.
As Action 8 News has reported, Montgomery County announced its partnership with the TPMA consulting firm on October 2 to develop a countywide strategic plan that will guide county decision-making and investments over the next five years.
The strategic plan is scheduled for completion in May 2027 and will establish priorities, recommended actions and measures to track progress.
