iHeart Prom Event Gives Away Thousands Of Prom Dresses

Every year people around the River Region provide prom dresses to girls who can’t afford to buy or rent them at the annual iHeart Prom giveaway.

United Way teamed up with Jim Massey’s Cleaners and other partners like Alabama News Network this year.

today about 2500 prom dresses were given away to people in the area.

Teens came out to the St. Jude’s gymnasium with entertainment and music for the long line of people waiting for dresses.
