Emergency Alert Test was Conducted Nationwide Wednesday Afternoon

If you had been watching TV Wednesday afternoon, then you may have seen a nationwide emergency alert message on your screen.

This was all part of an Emergency Alert System test involving all TV and radio stations, plus cable providers. You would have seen a test message on your screen. Plus, people who have “Wireless Emergency Alerts” activated on their phones would have also received a message.

Again, it was all just a test.
