Montgomery Students at “LAMP” May Move into the Montgomery Mall

Montgomery Students at “LAMP” — Loveless Academic Magnet Program, may be moving into the Montgomery Mall. Superintendent Margaret Allen says that it will cost too much to renovate the current building. Students will move to the old Houston Hill school until the mall is ready. Allen hopes to have the mall location ready by the 2016 school year. She’s says the mall move became feasible when they were considering expanding the current building.
“they came and they gave us reports and we just determined, they didn’t say that the building was condemned, but it was enough for us to say we need to do something proactive.” says Margret Allen the Montgomery Public Schools Superintendent.
