Troy University Hosts International Fesitval

Hundreds celebrated international cultures tonight at Troy.
Troy University held it’s annual ISCO festival.
More than 300 people got a taste of international cuisine and enjoyed performance put on by Troy international students.
The International Student Cultural Organization (ISCO) puts on the event to showcase student culture and bring together people from all across the globe.
Joe McCall, ISCO Faculty Advisor & Senior Lecturer of History said, “While it’s very important for American and international student to meet. The other beautiful hidden benefit of our program at Troy is that a kid from Tunisia becomes really good friends with a kid from Turkmenistan.”
Mac-jane Chukwu, Vice President ISCO said, “I think having a festival like this kind of shows the world a little bit of what we enjoy on our campus.”
This is event concludes a full week of events for International Education Week.
Nearly 800 students representing 75 countries are enrolled on the Troy campus.
