Search for ‘Armed and Extremely Dangerous’ Suspect Continues in Selma
From the West Alabama Newsroom– Selma police continue to search for a robbery suspect they say is armed and extremely dangerous.
Police say Justin Simpson of Selma is still at large and on the run from authorities. Police released surveillance video from the store they say Simpson robbed.
The video shows a masked man enter the business and rob the store at gunpoint.
Police identified Simpson as a suspect when he abandoned a vehicle that led police on a high speed chase after the crime.
Police say two assault rifles and a Tech-9 semi-automatic weapon like the one in the surveillance video were recovered from the car.
