Summer Continues To Linger

Summer-like conditions linger over our area through midweek. Upper 80s to lower 90s will be common along with scat’d showers and t-storms. Our first real fall cold front is on the way for late Wednesday into Thursday. This front will sweep any precipitation out and usher in a cooler air mass. We will see lows in the 50s with highs…

Chance For Rain Increases

First full day of fall is feeling more like the middle of summer. This 90 plus degree heat will be hanging around through the weekend.  The chance for any rain remains slim but we can’t rule out a few isolated showers/t-storms.  A much better chance for rain activity moves into the area Monday through Tuesday. The clouds and rain will…

Fall Begins But Summer Lingers

The fall season is underway but summer isn’t going away just yet. Temps will remain in the low to mid 90s through the upcoming weekend. The air remains very dry so the chance for any rain is slim to none. A couple of fronts will make there way toward us early next week. This should be just enough to help…

Summer Holding Strong

Hot and mainly dry conditions are going to be common the rest of this week. High pressure over head will lead to very little rain activity but definitely hot temperatures. We are looking at more lower to mid 90s for highs. You can expect this heat to remain through the weekend into next week. It’s going to be hard to…

More 90+ Degree Ahead

Another hot and mainly dry work week is setting up for us. High pressure over head will lead to very little rain activity but definitely hot temperatures. We are looking at more lower to mid 90s for highs. You can expect this heat to remain through the weekend into next week. It’s going to be hard to find any rain…

Moisture On The Increase

Moisture will be on the increase over the weekend. This will be the fuel for scat’d showers and t-storms both days. A front will be approaching from the northwest Sunday. As result, we should see an increase in showers and t-storms Sunday afternoon. The frontal boundary moves south and east leaving us in a drier air mass early next week….

Summertime Heat Rules

Summertime heat is in full force around here. We don’t see this heat backing off very much through next week.  Daytime highs will hover in the low to mid 90s until further notice.  The air mass remains fairly dry but some moisture will start to creep in here over the weekend.  This could provide the fuel for a few showers…

Hot & Mainly Dry Here

A hot and mainly dry air mass has taken hold of our weather. Look for lots of sunshine along with temps topping out in the low to mid 90s through the weekend. A frontal boundary will be advancing southward toward but most spots continue to see dry conditions both Saturday and Sunday. T.S. Julia is expected to stay far enough…

Hot & Humid

High pressure is keeping us hot and humid this week. Temps will continue to reach the lower 90s for highs. Scat’d showers and t-storms will be possible each afternoon. We may even see an increase especially over our south and eastern counties. A disturbance moving along the eastern side of Florida will send moisture our way. This should help generate…

Hot & Dry !

High pressure continues to dominate the weather over our area.  This means hot and dry conditions will stick around for several more days.  Temps will top out in the mid 90s for highs and lows around 70.  A frontal boundary moves into the area over the weekend.  We could see a few showers/t-storms along this boundary but most spots will…
