EPA Removes Downtown Montgomery From Proposed Superfund Priority List

Parts of downtown Montgomery were added to the list almost two decades ago.

The Environmental Protection Agency has removed roughly 50 blocks in downtown Montgomery from its proposed superfund priority list. Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals Upholds Conviction in January 2019 Murder

Attorney General Steve Marshall announced that on Friday the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the convictions of Jacory Tyshon Townsend for murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle. Andalusia Police Searching for RV Stolen from Parking Lot of Wright Manufacturing Company

Andalusia police are investigating the theft of a a 2015 Heartland Mallard RV. The trailer has the tag number, #Z647BU. Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund Gets $300 Million in CARES Act Funds to Prevent Business Closures and Layoffs
