Park Crossing-Carver game dubbed Crosstown Showdown, with trophy at stake
When Carver takes on Park Crossing at 7 p.m. Friday at Cramton Bowl, the teams will be playing for a trophy in the first-ever Heritage Crosstown Showdown. The name plays off the schools’ respective locations: Carver on the west side and Park Crossing on the east.

Tuskegee-Morehouse meet in mostly one-sided rivalry
It is one of the oldest rivalries in college football, though not one of the most competitive. Tuskegee takes on Morehouse at 1 p.m. CST Saturday in the 105th game of the series, and the 80th consecutive meeting in Columbus, Georgia.
