A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a vehicle this morning. According to authorities, a man was riding his bicycle south bound on Narrow Lane road when a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction collided with him. The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. No names have been released, but we will keep you updated. Troy police arrest a man for child pornography. Chief Jimmy Ennis says 37 year old Douglas Edward Hale has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography.
