Each week, federal weather officials issue a report on drought conditions across the country, and this week’s map shows continued dry conditions statewide, with the worst condition in several extreme northeast counties.   River Region counties are generally in two levels of drought… D0 (Abnormally Dry) and D1 (Moderate Drought) Rainfall in the Montgomery area is several inches below normal….
