Teen Arrested in Mobile High School Shooting

Prichard police have arrested 16-year-old boy and charged him with second degree assault for shooting a teen at Vigor High School on Tuesday. Police Department spokesman Philip Steil says the teen that was shot in the abdomen is expected to recover.
