Outbreak of explosive diarrhea-causing parasite linked to four more states
Federal health officials say they have linked cases of a diarrhea-causing parasite tied to shredded lettuce to four more states, expanding the scope of the largest U.S. outbreak of cyclospora, which can cause explosive diarrhea.
