Council Votes On Pay Day Loan Store Locations
City councilmen voted unanimously to establish guidelines for the location of title pawn and pay day loan companies.
 Pay day loan stores will be subject to distance requirements. No two stores will be permitted within 2500 feet of each other and no pay day loan store can be built within 250 feet of a residence, church, school or public park.
This new ordinance will not affect stores already open.
