Hawks’ Lambeth & Ring named All-America Scholars
NORMAN, Okla. (huntingdonhawks.com) – Huntingdon golfers Addison Lambeth and Chad Ring were both recognized as Division III All-America Scholars on Tuesday.
The Golf Coaches Association of America announced the two Huntingdon juniors were among 34 Division III golfers named Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars.
To be eligible for Division III All-America Scholar status, an individual must be a junior or senior academically, have competed in at least two full years at the collegiate level, participated in at least 50 percent of his team’s competitive rounds and have a stroke-average under 79 and maintain a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.2. Recipients must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at his college or university.
