Two members of the Crimson Tide earn All-SEC Softball honors

Alabama Softball

Kayla Beaver and Kenleigh Cahalan both earn second-team All-SEC honors.

While at Central Arkansas Beaver earned first-team all-conference honors in 2021 (Southland) and 2023 (ASUN.) During conference play this season, Beaver was 8-8 and owned a 2.48 ERA. Beaver recorded ranked wins over Florida, Georgia, Texas A&M, and Tennessee. Beaver threw eight complete games, four shutouts, and recorded 88 strikeouts.

Cahalan was 23-80 against SEC opponents and recorded a hit in 16 of the Tide’s 24 SEC games this season including five multi-hit performances.

Overall, Alabama Softball now has 119 players who have earned All-SEC honors and have had multiple each year since 2017.
