Death investigation underway after body found in East Montgomery

Montgomery police have opened up a death investigation after a body was found in East Montgomery.

Sgt. Tina McGriff tells Action 8 News that around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the 9100 block of Eastchase Parkway. That area is near the intersection of Chantilly Parkway and Eastchase Parkway.

Once they arrived, they found an unresponsive adult male who was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police have not yet released his name or how he died.
