Man charged with kidnapping, theft in Wilcox County
The Wilcox County Sheriff’s Office has charged a man with kidnapping and theft.
The incident happened around 7AM today in the 2300 block of Highway 10 East in Camden.
The sheriff’s office searched for 40-year-old Elias Campbell for several hours before he was located and arrested.
No other information has been released.
