Fallen tree causes temporary road closure in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – A fallen tree in Montgomery County led to a temporary road closure.

Alabama State Troopers say it happened at about 2:40PM yesterday at the intersection of Vaughn and Ryan roads.

Investigators say a tree fell and struck the vehicle as well as pulled multiple power poles. Utility crews and the Alabama Department of Transportation worked to repair the damage.
