Arrest Made in Multi-County Burglary Investigation

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office has multiple additional charges on the suspect as well for their jurisdiction.

The ongoing investigation by the Greenville Police Department and Butler County Sheriff’s Department has been able to link Chad Goodwin to multiple other burglaries and crimes from surrounding areas. Luverne and Troy Police Department’s have been contacted and sent investigators to Greenville. They are using the evidence recovered by the Greenville PD and Butler County Sheriff’s Office to solve crimes that occurred in their jurisdiction.
