Tuskegee falls in their home opener against Savannah State

The Tuskegee Golden Tigers fell in their home opener 20-16 to the Savannah State Tigers.

The Golden Tigers went up early and also went to the half with a 10-6 lead. Tuskegee gave up two touchdowns in the fourth quarter which ultimately lead to a Savannah State win. After their loss to the Tigers, Tuskegee drops to 0-3 overall on the season and 0-1 in SIAC play.

The Golden Tigers will return to action next week in Jacksonville against Edward Waters. Kickoff for next Saturday’s game is set to 7:00 and can be streamed on HBCU GO.
