Rain and thunderstorms are expected through early Thursday
Occasional showers will continue today across Central and South Alabama, as temperatures rise into the lower 70s. Rain is expected areawide Tuesday night and Wednesday, and a severe weather threat could develop by late tomorrow.
Some thundershowers are likely to linger into Thursday morning.
