Montgomery man charged in connection to multiple robberies
Montgomery police have charged a man in connection to three separate robberies.
18-year-old Perrion Savage is charged with robberies that occurred between January 28 and January 30 in the 700 block of South Perry Street, 1500 block of Jackson Ferry Road and the 2800 block of Zelda Road.
Per court records, Savage committed armed robbery on January 28 at the Marathon Service Station on South Perry Street. Court records say he took approximately $450 before fleeing on foot.
Two days later, court records say Savage committed armed robbery at the Chevron on Jackson Ferry Road where he took approximately $1,000 before fleeing in a silver Malibu.
Less than an hour later, court records say Savage committed armed robbery and took approximately $876 from the Chevron on Zelda Road.
Savage was taken into custody on March 11 by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
He is currently in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on no bond.
