What’s Happening: March 21-23
You have the chance to remember the 60th anniversary of the Selma-to-Montgomery voting rights march of 1965 this weekend.
The City of Montgomery has several events planned, that will lead up to a march re-enactment on Sunday. The voting rights marches of 60 years ago led to the passage of the Voting Rights Act, signed by President Lyndon Johnson.
There are other events happening this weekend, including a kickoff to the spring season at Montgomery Whitewater.

Robin Hood is featured at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
