Severe weather threat should end by early afternoon today
Widespread rain and lightning have occurred in Central and South Alabama this morning, and many locations remained under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch as of 10 A.M. The severe weather threat should diminish rapidly after noon today, but showers could linger for several hours.
Mostly dry weather is expected from Monday night through Thursday, and we’ll be close-to-or-up-to 90 degrees before this week is over.
