Man’s body found beside highway in Bullock County
The Bullock County Sheriff’s Office has opened up a murder investigation after a man’s body was found beside a highway.
The victim was found Saturday morning in a ditch on Highway 51 in the Oak Grove community in Midway.
Family members told Action 8 News that the victim is 69-year-old James Tolbert.
No other details were made available.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency assisted in the investigation.
