Pleasant Grove outlasts Trinity to win playoff game
The Trinity Presbyterian women’s basketball team took on the Pleasant Grove Spartans for a trip to the next round of the playoffs.
Trinity entered this one at 18-8, while Pleasant Grove came in sitting at 17-9.
This one was close throughout as only 3 points separated the two teams at the half, but the Spartans were able to outlast Trinity 49-42.
The Spartans will face the Montgomery Catholic Knights on February 24th.
