Two bodies found in Chambers County

CHAMBERS COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – The bodies of a man and woman have been found off of a road in Chambers County.

Alabama State Troopers say the bodies of 47-year-old Jessica Folds of Lanett and 44-year-old Daniel Robbins of Macon, Georgia, were found at around 1PM on Wednesday, June 10, off of the 1000 block of Chambers County Road 86 in Lanett.

The bodies have been taken to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy to determine how the two people died.

Special agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s State Bureau of Investigation have launched a death investigation at the request of the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office.

No other information has been released.
