Man killed in Covington County crash

COVINGTON COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – A crash between a car and a pickup truck has left a man dead in Covington County.

Alabama State Troopers say 40-year-old Steve Duncan of Enterprise was driving the car, which collided head-on with the pickup truck, driven by 60-year-old Mark Rogers of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Duncan died at the scene.

Rogers and a passenger in the truck,58-year-old Sue Rogers, also of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, were injured and taken to North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida, for treatment.

The wreck happened just before 5PM yesterday on U.S. Highway 331, about three miles north of Florala.
