Montgomery County Commissioners had a busy meeting this morning, with a number of proposals on the agenda.

Commissioners voted on several proposals including one for new agricultural parks in both West Montgomery and on Highway 231.
The park will consist of a nature walk for families, and will coincide with Pike Road. Even though it was business as usual, Lee High School took the spotlight. The school’s jazz band performed and the football team received big boost from Commissioner Ronda Walker, a check for 1400 dollars for new helmets. Coach Tyrone Rogers says the donation is a god sent for his players, because when it comes to football it’s all about safety. The next county commission meeting will be held on march seventh.
