Pedestrian Killed After Being Hit by Car

A Montgomery man was killed after being struck by a car.

Police have identified the victim as 32-year-old Tarvis Erby.

Erby was hit and killed by a 2007 Jeep Compass just after 1 a.m Sunday morning on Mobile Highway between West Boulevard and Highway 80.

Police say the driver was uninjured.
