4th of July Celebrations in Andalusia
Independence Day will be celebrated with two big events on July 4 in Andalusia. At 10 a.m., a parade will be held from First Baptist Church on Three Notch Street to Sixth Street, ending at the Veterans Memorial. There will be prizes, throws, candy and patriotic photo opportunities. Call (334) 222-0347 for more information or if you want to be in the parade.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds for fireworks, which will start at dark. Free watermelon slices will be available while supplies last.
