Selma City School District to Host Back to School Bash

Selma City Schools is gearing up to welcome students back to school in just over a week.
The school district is hosting a big back to school bash Saturday morning at Selma High School.
Superintendent Dr. Angela Mangum says there will be music and jumpy houses for kids.
Free school uniforms, book bags and school supplies will also be given away.
Mangum says everyone in the district should come out and enjoy the festivities.
“It will just be a wonderful time for us to come together and enjoy each other and just look forward to an exciting successful school year.”
The event will be at the Selma High gymnasium from nine in the morning until noon.
Students head back to school on August 8th.
