Record Breaking Enrollment Expected at Troy University
The fall semester begins at troy university with hundreds of new students on campus.
Last year was a record breaking year for the university with 2300 new students. University officials say they expect to exceed that number with 2400 new students this year. They say effective recruiting and effective marketing has contributed to the growth. Officials believe a solid reputation has also been a big factor.
“It just gives a good vibe to all the upperclassman seeing these students coming to our school…It’s like yes we did something right to make them want to come here.”
Troy university officials say they also seen significant growth at their other campuses located in Alabama and out of state.
