Who’s the Better Team: Auburn or Alabama?

It’s football season once again in the SEC.
While Auburn and Alabama fans are supporting their teams all the way, there are some mixed feelings on how the teams played for their season openers.
Auburn fan Amber Johnson tells us, “They did really good for their first game. I expect something really big out of them this season. Number 6, Mr. J. Johnson did a really good job.”
“I was happy with a win, but I think they could have played a little bit better, which I know it’s a new team and new game and they gotta find each other out,” said Alabama fan Tim Forrester.
Even though Alabama is still ranked number 2 in the AP poll, sports analyst John Longshore says the Crimson Tide has a lot of work to do.
“I made the statement that if Auburn and Alabama played in week one, Auburn would win the game. I haven’t had many people debate me on that topic this week after seeing what Auburn and Alabama did,” said Longshore.
And he says going through the rest of the season is going to be exciting given what we have seen so far.
“I think Auburn is a more cohesive team right now. They’ve gelled. Obviously their quarterback position is in better shape than Alabama’s is right now. Not to say at the end of the year that Alabama won’t get it all together, which I think that could be the case,” said Longshore.
Until then…. fans say they will continue to cheer on their team especially when the two teams meet again.
“I think this year’s Iron Bowl will be one of the best overall. Sorry, Auburn fans, y’all gotta go down. Roll Tide!” said Terrell Groce.
“War Eagle!” said Johnson.
