LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) – Mississippi State guard Darryl Williams was motionless on the field for 10 minutes after a successful field goal in the second half against Kentucky on Saturday night.

The freshman was taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center for further evaluation.
