United Way Needs Help Reaching Fundraising Goal
“The River Region is United Way” is a third of the way to its fundraising goal and the organization needs your help to do it.
So far, the United Way has raised $1 million-$725 thousand this year, but that’s barely one-third of its 2016 fundraising goal.
The hope is to raise $4.65 million by the end of the year.
Officials say that money will help hundreds of thousands of people in need across the river region.
