Annual Gem and Mineral Jewelry Show Displays Jewelry from Across the U.S
People in the River Region had a chance to view a huge selection of jewelry at this year’s Annual Montgomery Gem, Mineral and Jewelry Show.
Dealers from all over the country came to show off their jewelry. Items ranging from 25 cents for kids to items worth thousands of dollars were available.Finished jewelry and original stones were included in the selections. Coordinators say, there were plenty of items that were popular among this weekend’s crowd.
“It all depends on their individual preference. Some people want the finished product and other people come here to buy the rough so they can make their own jewelry,” says show chairman, Terry Fetzer.
This is the 46th year of the show. It raises money for the Montgomery Gem and Mineral Society.
