No. 4 Alabama’s Big Men Pose Challenge To Vols

Nick Saban delivered a challenge to his offensive linemen before the Texas A&M game.
The group was coming off a demoralizing performance against Arkansas playing without injured center Ryan Kelly. Saban says he told his blockers that they needed to go back to “being the Sergeant at Arms” and dominate the line.
The big men delivered for the fourth-ranked Crimson Tide (6-1, 3-1 Southeastern Conference) in a 59-0 win over then-No. 21 Texas A&M. The defensive front continued its strong play.
That combination presents a challenge for Saturday’s opponent, Tennessee. The Volunteers have struggled at running and stopping the run.
Kelly returns for the Tide in this game.
On the other side, Alabama ranks second nationally against the run. Tennessee has given up the second-most sacks in FBS.
